Cancellation Policy
Retainers are Non Refundable if appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. No Shows or cancellations made within less than 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. All Hair extension retainers are Non Refundable.

I had an amazing 1:1 with Karina! She was so kind and patient with me and answered all my questions and then some, she has so much knowledge to share not only about hair but business as well. She is definitely someone I look up to in the industry and lives up to her reputation. 10/10 recommend :)
